He has represented clients in difficult, high profile cases that have been featured on CBS's 48 Hours and Court TV's Trial Story. He has served as a guest commentator on Court TV's Catherine Crier Live. Mr. Slusher has received training in courtroom techniques at places such as the Wyoming Trial Advocacy Institute, the California Institute for Criminal Defense Advocacy and Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's College.
Mr. Slusher also has experience representing clients in appeals to the Missouri Appellate Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Christopher A. Slusher received a degree in Business from Indiana University in 1988 and his law degree from the University of Missouri in 1991. His litigation practice concentrates on serious personal injury, wrongful death and criminal defense.
Chris grew up in Columbia, Missouri and graduated from Hickman High School in 1984. He returned to Columbia several years after law school and has been practicing law in the area for the past 15 years. His wife Renee is a practicing attorney and they are the parents of elementary school age twin boys.
