In this time of uncertainty, we recognize the anxiety surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, and our clients’ concerns regarding the potential impact on their cases.

First, we are deemed an “Essential Business” and we will remain open and operational and will continue to be available for you, while at the same time doing everything we can to reduce possible exposure to our clients, staff and families by minimizing in-person meetings and maintaining social distancing.

Although our attorneys are often in the office, our front door is locked and our staff is working remotely for additional safety. Therefore, we request your patience and cooperation in communicating with us. If you receive a voicemail message when contacting our firm, we ask that you leave a message letting us know of your call. We, like you, prefer to speak with someone immediately regarding our questions or concerns but as we handle calls outside of our commercial phone system we are not able to immediately answer multiple calls at once. We ensure you that we will return all calls received prior to 4:00 pm the same day.

In addition to telephone and email messaging, we have the ability to arrange and participate in facetime and zoom meetings for new and existing clients. In addition to client meetings, we are also arranging for the use of zoom in order to participate in future scheduled appearances and hearings.

COVID-19 has affected virtually all aspects of our everyday lives, and our legal system is no exception. That being said, we want to reassure you that our clients remain our top priority. Our entire team continues to work, monitor court schedules, meet filing deadlines, and move your case forward.

We are all in this together and we will get through this together.
